This workshop builds on branding exercises with market justification, a strategy to reach the audience, and implementation. By taking things step by step, we make the journey from start to finish simple, fun and engaging. Marketing is all about taking the branding and placing it where target customers will see it. We take a look at the different types of marketing, from PR and PPC to email and influencer marketing, to highlight the pros and cons of each. We then pull together a strategy that delivers the right message to the right people at the right time.
This is all collaborative. We work alongside clients rather than simply providing them with a blanket plan. The aim is to inject the personality of the owner, and their staff, into the branding and the marketing, so the customer gets a consistent experience all the way through from initial enquiry to post-sale care.
At the end of the sessions the participants will have a full framework in which to build both a branding and marketing strategy. Lewis will leave them with the homework of collating their ideas in preparation for the 1-2-1 session. These thoughts will be sent ahead of the meeting to ensure the maximum impact is achieved during the 1-2-1.

In May 2022, Lewis English ran a ‘How to Build a Brand’ workshop with Citizens Advice. The three-hour session was delivered with the aim of engaging and enabling regional offices to create tailored brands for their own areas, and enhance engagement with their communities. Feedback was polled at 10/10 and many of the participants have kept in contact to get feedback and support on their ongoing campaigns.
“Lewis was able to create an atmosphere where people were free to speak their mind. It helped develop some really creative ideas which we are now implementing with his support.”
