They say a builder’s house always gets worked on last. Here at Underpin Marketing, we know the feeling. We love working with our clients and we love marketing, but we rarely get time to work on our own projects.
Part of our code of conduct is to ‘be good.’ That’s why we have “The Underpin Marketing Special Projects Division (SPD.)”
This initiative is an unpaid, volunteer work-experience programme open to anyone who would like to find out more about the creative and problem-solving world of marketing, and is in an educational course where work experience is allowed.
You will also need to live in the Stevenage area and be able to make your own way to the Business and Technology Centre on Bessemer Drive.
The SPD is not working with live clients. You will shadow Underpin Marketing’s founder Lewis English on projects within the company; such as videos, social media, blogging, marketing strategy and idea generation – to name but a few.
The minimum time commitment would be 2 days a week for 3 weeks. (dates to be agreed upon.)
